Refund and Return Policy

At LLFist, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our Refund & Return Policy below to understand the conditions under which refunds and returns are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted for products that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from the product description.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • To process a return, you must provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt).

2. How to Request a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at ali.nawaid1@gmail.com or contact@llfist.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged or defective product.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to send the item back.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Items on sale or purchased with promotional discounts.
  • accessories, and undergarments for hygiene reasons.
  • Customized or personalized items.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at ali.nawaid1@gmail.com or contact@llfist.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
